Lemmink, Jos

Full Professor, Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management

Jos Lemmink is a Full Professor of Marketing at the School of Business and Economics. He is also is one of the founders of the Service Science Factory, and holds the Canon-Océ Endowed Chair in Business Services Innovation.

Lemmink serves as a fellow of the Centre for Services Leadership, W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, and is a member of advisory boards in Finland (Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki), UK (The University of Sheffield Management School), and Australia (Queensland University of Technology Business School). Professor Lemmink is also member of the EQUIS Accreditation Committee in Brussels.

His research interests concern service management and marketing, analyses of service processes and marketing and service innovation. He was editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Service Industry Management, and produced several books and many articles in scholarly journals like Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of Service Research. His career has included international consultancy and research projects for worldwide companies such as the European Union, Shell, Mitsubishi, Heineken, Océ/Canon, All Pensions Group (APG), Ericsson, Libertel/Vodafone, Dutchtone/Orange, Rabo Bank and Dexia Bank.
